Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or used items, including those with opened packaging (e.g., sealed flavors), cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are issued only after the product is safely returned to us in original condition.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • If the product is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

  • We are not responsible if the carrier delivers a package to the wrong location due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer. Please double-check your address before completing your order. 

  • For returns unrelated to customs or carrier issues, please contact us directly at info@mojo-hookah.com for assistance.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and refunds will exclude shipping costs. Custom-made and special-order items are non-returnable.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Save all packaging and materials until further instructions are provided. We aim to resolve such issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

For concerns about product appearance (e.g., color variations due to display settings), please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item as per our policy and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. However, cancellations during the processing stage may not be guaranteed. Custom-made and special-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

Lost Packages
In case of lost packages, refunds will be limited to the amount refunded by the shipping carrier. For instance, if UPS refunds $100, that is the maximum amount we can provide.
