Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM PST may ship the same day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Age Verification: Orders require mandatory age verification. Delays in age verification will result in shipping delays. Previous customers who have already been verified will not need re-verification unless discrepancies arise.
- High Volume Orders: During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may take additional days. Customers will be notified of significant delays via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Rates: Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the destination, calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 2-7 business days within the U.S., excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited options like 2nd Day and Next Day delivery are available if orders are placed by 12 PM PST. Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary depending on customs and local couriers.
Shipping Carriers
- Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected.
- Special Addresses: For P.O. Boxes, APO, DPO, FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses, USPS is used. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly and securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Signature Confirmation
Some packages may require signature confirmation at delivery. This requirement will be indicated on the tracking page.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking details typically activate within 24 hours.
International Shipping
- Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for processing. International packages may require additional verification and are not dispatched daily.
- Shipping Costs: Costs depend on your location and order weight.
- Transit Times: Delivery can take up to 10 business days, excluding customs clearance and local delivery delays.
- Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees. Packages seized at customs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Shipping Restrictions
Due to evolving regulations, the list of countries we ship to frequently changes. If your address is restricted, you will be notified during checkout.
Restocking Fee
If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties or taxes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. No refunds will be issued for packages seized at customs.
Shipping Responsibility
We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. However, please note:
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible if the carrier delivers a package to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Customers are also responsible for ensuring that hookah-related products are legal in their country of import.
Once your order is shipped, any delays, returns, or holds caused by customs, import regulations, or carrier inspections are outside of our control.
Customs & Import Disclaimer
- Some countries have restrictions on importing hookah products.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check and comply with local laws before placing an order.
- If customs or the shipping carrier rejects, holds, or returns a package to us due to inspection failure, import restrictions, or other regulatory issues, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Due to Customs or Carrier Issues
If an order is returned to us because of a failed inspection, customs refusal, or shipping carrier rejection, we will contact you immediately. At that point, you may choose one of the following options:

Refund of Product Cost – We will refund the price of the products only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Reshipment – We can reship your order using a different carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
